This project is for the conversion of an existing garage constructed under BLD99-01123 to an Accessory Dwelling Unit through CAA08-00018 and approved by David Moser. As the construction on this project is already completed there will be separate permits required for electrical, plumbing and mechanical work that was installed/completed with out required inspections. A Miscellaneous permit was issued and inspectors from all divisions shall have specific inspections and issues that must be approved by these inspectors to gain required aprovals. Each inspector will document the results of these inspections with initials on the "Inspection Record Card" posted on site at the time of each inspection. The conversion is to comply with the approved plans as marked as well as any conditions that may arise due to the opening up of select interior finishes for these inspections to occur. pep
