The new addition includes concrete footings, concrete foundations, wood floor, wood exterior walls, exterior brick veneer, exterior plaster, glass block masonry, wood trusses, wood roof deck, and asphalt shingles. A 922 square foot garage/shop building will also be constructed under this permit. Work is to include concrete footings, concrete foundations, concrete slab on grade, wood exterior walls, wood trusses, wood roof sheathing, and asphalt shingles. A structural concrete slab will be placed over an existing concrete well vault.
