To prepare an existing assembly tenant space for a new assembly tenant. A new 673 square foot exterior deck will also be constructed under this permit. The total area of this tenant space will be 4,362 square feet (3,689 square feet inside and 673 square feet on the deck). The restrooms within this tenant space were constructed under permit BLD08-00893. The door to serve the deck was also installed under that permit. For the deck, work is to include wood stud pony walls, concrete stem walls, a wood ledger, wood joists, composite decking, and guards. A new bar will be installed inside this tenant space. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
