The fire extinguisher needs to be lowered as discussed. The sprinkler pendants in the long corridor are located too close to the wall. A mezzanine/storage area has been built with no sprinkler protection. It either needs sprinkler protection extended into it or it needs to be removed. The exit sign directing people to the rear exit does not have battery backup as required per IFC chapter 10. As with the rest of the strip mall there is a problem with the insulation that is attached to the deck falling down and obstructing the upright sprinkler protection. I spoke to the property manager about this and she is contacting Mark Sentenno about a repair agreement. I also spoke to Mark about this issue and I'm awaiting an agreement between the two parties.
