Work includes remodeling & refurbishing store for safe, efficient operation to include cleaning and maintenance throughout the entire 1st floor, mezzanine, exterior surfaces and roof top, to include finishes, HVAC equipment operations, refrigerant services & operations, plumbing services, electrical services, doors & door hardware services and repair and minor exterior paint and repair. To add and relocate interior gondola layout for merchandizing of retail sales areas per approved plans, red-line notes on plans and all attached plan review conditions of all reviewing agencies. Work to include, installation of new refrigeration lines, utility services, new Type I Hood, 1-hour shaft surrounding grease duct exhaust, modifications to nonbearing partitions and soffits, cleaning, removing or replacing interior finish materials for walls, floors & ceilings throughout, installation of coolers, shelving, upgrade of employee work areas and customer service areas and associated electrical, mechanical and plumbing work.
