Whitney Elementary School - To construct a new one story, wood frame and masonry elementary school building and related site improvements. The building is separated into three buildings, for allowable area purposes, by two-hour fire walls. Building "A" is 12,650 square feet, contains classroom areas and is located on the northwest corner of the school. Building "B" is 4,805 square feet and contains the gymnasium, dental clinic, small office and storage areas. Building "B" is located on the south end of the school. Building "C" is 40,825 square feet and comprises the remainder of the building. Building "C" contains the cafeteria, kitchen, administration offices, library, multi-purpose community area and classrooms. This building also contains attic mechanical spaces. This school is fully fire sprinkled. The sprinklers are used for building area increase. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
