New electrical work, mechanical work, doggy online cameras, ceiling work, new flooring, and install three new mechanical roof top units. Accessible bathrooms are existing and no structural work is proposed. A new cerificate of occupancy with the new occupant load total is to be issued when completed and approved. This building was originally constructed in Ada county and later annexed into Boise city. The existing envelope is not being affected by this permit. NOTE: this building is not fire sprinklered.
