(BOISE CITY HALL WEST) (CUP07-00107 and DRH08-00125) This building is fire sprinklered for unlimited area. To remodel an existing 92,040 square foot building (92,360 square feet after the addition) to be used as a satellite facility of Boise City Hall. The building will include a police station with office areas, a crime lab, a workout area, locker rooms, meeting rooms, an armory, and detention cells. There will also be Fire Department offices, Information Technology staff and equipment, and a community auditorium and lobby. Work is to include a 320 square foot entry vestibule addition, an awning, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, suspended acoustical ceilings, suspended gypsum board ceilings, gypsum board soffits, folding partitions, and interior finishes. The vestibule addition will include concrete footings, concrete foundations, concrete slab on grade, a 16 inch thick concrete exterior wall, steel stud exterior bearing and/or shear walls with wood structural panels, steal joist roof system with steel decking, and a membrane roof covering. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
