Work to include removal of a portion of the exterior load-bearing wall in the southeast corner and realigning the exterior wall to create a new entry by installing new concrete pads, steel columns and a steel beam; to modify (4) existing roof trusses; demo existing covered entry on east side and realign wall to convert to an office and add a roofline shade projection at that location; create new openings in exterior walls, install headers and new windows; and remodel the interior to create office spaces and support areas with new lighting fixtures.
