Space was reviewed for compliance with an A-3 occupant using 1:15 occupant load for the open space, however, this space will also comply as a B occupancy. Work to include: new hardware as needed, install new H-VAC system including ducts and diffusers, new electrical/lighting, and installation of interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the IBC.
