Work to include, replacement of 46 lf of storefront glazing on first floor street level Idaho street side including new entrance doors, to create three new 11'x7' openings on the second floor level in the nonbearing exterior wall and install new glazing located along Idaho street, replace five windows on the third floor along Idaho street, to replace six windows on the second floor level and eight windows on the third floor along eighth street side of building, miscellaneous exterior related finishes, this building is fully fire sprinkled for one-hour fire resistive substitution any alterations to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed and maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
