(TAYLOR BROS.) First time build-out for a two story office / warehouse tenant, a 6,133 sq. ft. portion of 7,910 sq. ft. 'SHELL' building. First floor is 4,500 sq. ft. and second is 1,633 sq. ft. 'Shell' building was permitted for construction under BLD07-02372. This building is fully fire sprinklered to allow a single Fire Department accesses. Scope of work includes construction of interior non-bearing walls to create offices, conference room, work areas, support areas and two warehouse areas; construction of three fully accessible restrooms on the first floor and two on the second floor; hi-lo drinking fountain and service sinks and break room areas; upgrade of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire suppression and alarm systems; doors, door hardware and glazing; bi-level switching of light fixtures for energy code compliance and interior finishes, all per reviewed plans, red-lined notes on plans and all attached plan review conditions of all reviewing agencies. NOTE: 'SHELL' permit is required to be completed, finaled and a 'Letter of Compliance' issued for the 'SHELL' before or at the same time as this tenant applies for final for a 'Certificate of Occupancy'. drs

See the correction notice left at the job site for items needing addressed.. Per a conversation with Scott the remote FDC and PIV arer not required. I measured the distance from the existing fire hydrant to the now wall mounted PIV and FDC and the distance is roughly 250'-0" which is ok with Scott.
