The existing drive-thru roof will be demolished and a new roof constructed, an existing chain link mechanical enclosure at grade will be demolished and a new masonry mechanical enclosure will be constructed, a new roof will be constructed on the Northwest side of the building over a sidewalk, and 2 new rooftop structures will be constructed on top of the existing roof. Work is to include concrete footings, concrete piers, steel columns, wood beams, wood trusses, shear walls, masonry veneer, 3 coat cement stucco system, standing seam metal roofing, and single ply membrane roofing. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
