This permit will be in conjuction with BLD08-02040 (Space 'A') for VANILLA FINISH ONLY (a separate permit will be required to occupy space 'A'). This permit for space 'B' for "Treasure Valley Recovery" will establish a certificate of occupancy.Work to include, construction of a new demising wall that will reduce this tenant space to 9512 sq ft, construct new office area, install new opening through existing CMU wall per attached engineering, miscellaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SRPINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. RmH
