Idaho Central Credit Union - Overland Branch - To construct a new 7,490 square foot, one story, wood framed credit union office building with drive-thru canopy and related site improvements. Office 5,640 sq. ft., Canopy 1,840 sq. ft. - DRH08-00200, CUP08-00072 - This project will be finished in phases. First phase is to finish and occupy the new building. The second phase is to demo the existing credit union building and expand the parking lot at the old building location. The new building will be on a temporary C.O. until the new parking lot and site work are completed. All construction per the approved plan and attached comment list. JCM
