(WILLOW PARK ASSISTED LIVING - Interior lobby renovation) This building is fully sprinklered for allowable area increase. Minor Lobby Renovation includes removal of existing door, new structural supports at new openings, opening up wall to make existing private dining area part of the existing Lobby / Dining Area. To remove existing 6' window and install a 3' x 6'-8" door with two sidelights in existing opening for an exit directly to the exterior. To modify the lobby area with partial height wall to provide a semi private area; remodel a small area under the existing exit stair landing by installing a new header and providing a complete 1-hour fire-resistive separation from the interior of the stair enclosure. The alcove created is for metal file cabinets. To add a new accessible service counter / sink in the new opened room area, upgrade interior finishes and change out main entry doors for for new automatic entry system. This scope of work will not increase the existing floor area, change the occupancy use groups assigned under the 1994 UBC or change the existing occupant load. drs
