(ACE CO. - PHASE II) This building is fire sprinklered for fire area. To complete the Phase II remodel of an existing building. Phase I was done under permit BLD08-01126. The building was fully fire sprinklered under permit FIR08-00369. Work is to include upgrading 2 existing restrooms to be accessible to the disabled, constructing interior nonbearing walls, modifying the load path of a portion of the roof structure which includes the structural support for extended crane rails (concrete footings, steel columns, steel beams), placing new exterior concrete slabs to support new equipment, and placing new interior concrete floor slabs to support new equipment. The structural design for the crane runway girders and rails is a deferred submittal item and shall be provided to the Structural Inspector for review. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
