This will be a change in occupancy from a B to an M. For the interior tenant improvements to an existing space per the approved plans. The improvements will include the construction of two office spaces, the installation of a new 6 sided modular vault (see the attached engineering and specification sheets for the supporting construction and vault installation instructions), changing the existing water fountain to a high-low accessible unit adding vertical grab bars to the existing ADA bathrooms and changing out the bathroom countertops and sinks. There will also be patch and repair of the existing suspended ceiling system, the placement of display cases and miscellaneous interior finishes. The building includes 4689 sq.ft. on the first story with a 804 sq.ft. mezzanine and a 1175 sq.ft. unimproved mechanical basement. This project does not include any improvements to the mezzanine. CDM
