(VANILLA FINISH)(SUITE 104) 3/19/09 - PLAN MODIFICATION REDUCING SCOPE OF WORK FOR THIS VANILLA FINISH REMOVING STAIRS TO UPPER LEVEL AND WALLING OFF THE UPPER 343 SQ. FT. LEVEL, REDUCING THE FLOOR AREA TO 1,665 SQ. FT. DRS Remodel to an existing space to split the space into two tenant areas. This tenant area will be 2,008 sq. ft. "VANILLA FINISH", unoccupied space. Separate application, plans, reviews, approval, permit and inspection for future tenant occupancy is required. The adjacent "Platinum Salon" tenant will be 2,587 sq. ft. and be done under BLD08-02331. Work to include.construction for separation from adjacent tenant space, Platinum Salon; construction of new stairway, guards and handrails to access the indicated 343 sq. ft. mezzanine to be a part of this space. Modifications as required for sprinkler system, electrical and mechanical. This permit does not allow occupancy. A separate permit is to be obtained for occupancy.
