To prepare a 1,090 square foot space located on the 1st story of a new building for a retail sales tenant. Work is to include a restroom accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, furred walls, millwork, and finishes. The roof top HVAC unit will be relocated from another area and placed on an existing curb. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
