(Key Bank 9th floor) ***Modification Occupancy will be under this permit for Federal Defener Services of Idaho***This permit is for minor interior alterations to the ninth floor per the approved plans and any notations. Work to include the removal of approximatly 95 lineal feet of interior wall and construction of approximatly 55 lineal feet of new interior walls. Work also to include a new reception counter and misc. casework along with misc. interior finishes. All interior doors will be fitted with accessible hardware as part of an accessibility upgrade. The elevator lobby shall maintain a one hour rating and all wall construction shall be of noncombustible materials. This building is fully sprinklered, any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a seperate permit and shall comply with NFPA#13 as required by the Boise City Fire Department. This is a Vanilla finish and no occupancy certificate will be issued with this permit. A seperatete occupancy certificate will be required for occupancy. CDM
