(MAINTENANCE STORAGE SHED) (Bishop Kelly high School) 3/18/09 PLAN MODIFICATION SHOWING INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION OF NEW WALLS & STORAGE DECK ABOVE FOR SEPARATE STORAGE AREAS. To obtain a permit to replace BLD05-02633 which was prepared by Mike Otto & taken to permit desk but was not picked up by contractor. Work has been done. Scope of work involved installation an engineered foundation and moving an existing 2,340 sq. ft. one story building to be placed on the new foundation. The building will be used as a Maintenance Shop. An alternate has been accepted by Building Official, George Slane, in lieu of IBC Sec. 3408 for moved buildings. All code requirements for the moved structure will be per field inspectors approval and attached letter from structural engineer Keith Jones regarding the existing concrete foundation. Fire Dept. vehicle access and fire hydrant location was covered under BLD08-00892. There is no electrical, plumbing or mechanical work submitted with this project scope. CUP08-00082 drs
