This building is fully fire sprinklerd any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department, The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC. The design, testing and utilization of industrial steel storage racks shall be in accordance with the RMI Specification for the Design, Testing and Utilization of Industrial Steel Storage Racks.**TLW** PLAN MODIFICATION - applicant has submitted an alternate design for storefront system and modification to over all floor design. The modification is to clarify existing conditions and by doing so it reduces the overall square footage by 26 sq ft. This modification was approved on 3-30-09 by TLW.
