Work is to include: guardrails to the exterior of the SE sliding glass windows, interior nonbearing walls, floor coverings, a bar, a walk in cooler (stick framed with fiberglass insulation), new lighting, installation of operable partition wall, installation of interior finishes in accordance w/ Ch. 8 of the 2006 IBC, and furniture all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review report on file.
