This tenant space is located on the 1st story of the Chandlee Building. It has an exterior door giving direct access from the 5th Street sidewalk. A license agreement with ACHD allows an 85 square foot fenced sidewalk seating area. The fence and seating are NOT allowed to obstruct egress or accessibility to the disabled. Separate approval from the City Clerk is required for the seating area. Work is to include interior nonbearing partial height walls, millwork, and finishes.
