Provide new interior finishes, millwork, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler and alarm modifications and new 4' x 4' Captivaire ND Type 1 hood and grease duct exhaust wrapped with two layers of thermal Ceramics Fire Master 2 x 2 as the 2-hour shaft enclosure, then separate with a chase wall from the exposure in the atrium.
