The office building consists of an entry area, storage and safe room, employee restroom, office area, and equipment room. The exterior office walls will be constructed with 8-inch CMU block walls and a thermoplastic membrane roofing system. The exit canopy construction consists of steel columns on concrete bases, flush vertical seam metal panel wall system, architectural composite metal (ACM) wall panel system, metal panel soffit system, and a thermo plastic membrane roofing.
