(BORAH HIGH SCHOOL - BLEACHER REPLACEMENT & CONCESSIONS UPGRADE) NOTE: BLEACHER DESIGN CALCS & PLANS ARE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS - NO WORK ON NEW BLEACHERS UNTIL REQUIRED ENGINEERING PLANS AND CALCULATIONS HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE PDS PLAN REVIEW. To perform selective demolition of existing electrical service for existing concession stand and to the new scorers table controls; to remove three existing outdoor bleacher units and replace with three new units in same locations; install new structural sunshade/weather protection above and behind the new scorers table per engineered plans; and prepare new base for new bleachers. Bleacher engineering design calculations and structural plans showing compliance with the 2006 IBC and ICC-300 02 have been submitted as a DEFERRED SUBMITTAL per Sec. 106.3.4.2, 2006 IBC. The deferred submittal items SHALL NOT be installed until the design and submittal documents have been approved by the building official. As indicated on architectural sheets & in specifications, bleachers are to be 10 rows high and of various length with tiered access aisles per code.
