This project is for the construction of a new 300s.f. enclosed breezeway between an existing 2243s.f. single family dwelling and a detached garage with a 600s.f. library/studio above it included in s.f. (See comments). There will be 20 l.f. of concrete footing and foundation placed with all hand excavation that allows for an ESC plan waiver. A letter from the applicant's geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
