Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create two tenant spaces from one, removing one light fixture and relocating one light fixture, relocating a door and sidelight, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
