The north and south sides of this structure are at the 5' setback and require the eave to be one hour rated on the underside. For distance from property line for the measurement is to be taken from the finished wall. Any walls that are less than 5 feet from the property line to the exterior finish of the exterior wall are required to be one hour rated fire wall assemblies.
