All items are passed except the door needs infilled that leads to the next tenant space, the new door installed as well as the chain link fence or plans need to be resubmitted to Sam Zahorka showing changes for approval.

The contractor was unble to meet me to test the emergency lighting and exits signs. Door hardware needs to be installed on the east side new door as well as having the blinds that are installed over it removed. Emergency lighting will be required for this new corridor as well since it is marked as an exit path. The door the connects the two tenant spaces has not been infilled as shown on the city approved plans nor has the 6' chain link fence been built. Will meet with Darren in the morning for re-inspection.
