EXIT LIGHTING & PANIC HARDWARE WILL BE INSTALLED AT THE EXISTING DOOR. **SRZ** - This building was fully sprinklered for allowable height and area increase under the original shell building (BLD99-03146) for office use. Permit for a 16,029 sq.ft. interior minor tenant improvement to the west side of the existing Idacorp building previously occupied by a call center. Work to include: minor demolition to accomodate a larger open office area, installing an exterior storefront door, an exit door with an attached sidewalk to accomodate the new exit door, replacing and installing lighting, installation of a new high/low drinking fountain, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. All items are passed except the door needs infilled that leads to the next tenant space, the new door installed as well as the chain link fence or plans need to be resubmitted to Sam Zahorka showing changes for approval.

The contractor was unble to meet me to test the emergency lighting and exits signs. Door hardware needs to be installed on the east side new door as well as having the blinds that are installed over it removed. Emergency lighting will be required for this new corridor as well since it is marked as an exit path. The door the connects the two tenant spaces has not been infilled as shown on the city approved plans nor has the 6' chain link fence been built. Will meet with Darren in the morning for re-inspection.
