To construct a new 994s.f. 1-story detached garage with R-1C setbacks approved by Colleen Carroll. There will be 77s.f. of usable storage space (over 5'-0" in height) above one section of the gagare that is to be accessed by a ceiling scuttle pull down ladder. Separate ESC permit is required. A letter from the applicant's geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
