Personal trainers will help people exercise within this space. Work is to include accessible upgrades to an existing restroom, interior walls, interior doors, and an exterior rollup door having an integral man door for egress. In addition, an existing wall will be upgraded to comply as a fire barrier wall. Originally it was an area separation wall. Work is to include 3-hr fire-resistance-rated wall infills and/or doors having a 3-hr fire-protection-rating. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. Some work in this building was constructed without a building permit. Building Division Inspectors may require some materials to be removed to verify adequacy of concealed work. A building permit for an adjacent tenant space (i.e. BLD09-00824) is also attached to the same set of drawings. **CJW**
