Petsmart - Shell Permit Only - To demolish and remove an existing theater building and construct a new 28,395 square foot, one story, retail building and related site improvements. The building will be constructed of masonry exterior walls with steel structural roof and interior supports. This is a shell permit only and no occupancy is permitted under this permit. A separate tenant improvement permit will be required to finish this building for occupancy. This building will be fully fire sprinkled. The sprinklers are used for area increase. There will be a three-hour fire wall separating the new building from an existing retail building on the north side of the new buildings. This permit is to also construct two wood framed, stone veneer columns, a steel framed roof canopy over the sidewalk and a 2,400 square foot, wood framed roof overbuild at the center of the existing retail building. This work is being done on the front entry (north side) of the existing retail building. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
