For the partial reconstruction and additon to an existing deck with work to include the replacement of joists and decking on the upper deck and the addition of piers, support columns, beams and posts and a new stair system and railings. The lower deck will include the installation ofnew decking, stairs and railing. The existing ledger will be reused on the upper deck. All work to be done per the approved plans, plan review report and any notations. A geotechnical report will be required prior to foundation placement, call Terry Records.R1-B and setbacks per planning.
