(Parker Portraits) Interior tenant improvement to change occupancy use group from "A3" Israel Congregation Church Assembly Occupancy too a "B" occupancy for Parker Portraits Business Office. The floor area is 2,562 Sq. Ft. Scope of work includes change of (4) classrooms along the West side of the building into offices; interior NB walls in the SE corner of the building that created an office (Rm 114), a reception room (Rm. 113) and a Work Room (Rm. 112) were constructed by the Congregational Israel Church. Scope of work includes: relocate pull accordion curtains to the south end of the raised platform and use of the platform for storage (Rm. 111); add handrails at stairs to storage platform; modify front entry stairs & landing and add an additional landing, ramp, handrails and edge protection to provide an accessible route from Handicap parking to the main entry; add new concrete landing and stairs with handrails at the rear exit; change out doors #105, #106 to provide required 32" clearance width; new doors at MEN / WOMEN Restrooms; Doors #109 & #110 to BREAK & SUPPLY rooms are to be removed to provide 32" clear width and provide accessibility compliant latch side clearances and clear floor areas on both sides of doors; modify the existing restrooms for accessibility compliance, add an accessible front approach drinking fountain and a drinking fountain bubbler on the break room sink for standing unit compliance; provide a service sink.
