Darigold - Tenant Improvement - This tenant improvement is to finish an approximate 22,000 sq. ft. area on the east end of the building, including Cooler Area #3, Cultured Packaging #107, Cultured Production #109, VAT Room #110 and Dry Storage #108. This permit also includes finishing two new restrooms #101 and #102, two 100 sq. ft. offices #103 & #104, CIP #105 and Storage #105A. Storage Room #105A is a control area constructed of one-hour fire-resistive construction. There are four control areas within the building. The remainder of the tenant improvement will be done under a separate permit. NOTE: THE H-3/H-4 OCCUPANCY STORATE AREAS ARE TO BE LOCATED AND CONSTRUCTED PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY OF THE PORTION OF THE BUILDING BEING FINISHED UNDER THIS PERMIT.
