(INTERFAITH SANCTUARY HOUSING SERVICES - PHASE 2 - REROOF & RTU CURBS) This building is fire sprinklered. To complete Phase 2 of a 5 phase upgrade agreement dated November 14, 2008. This building is one story tall and has a total floor area of about 9,711 square feet. It is used as a homeless shelter. Work is to include foam plastic roof insulation, a thermoplastic roof membrane (i.e. TGFU.R10321 - Dow Roofing Systems, LLC), a steel ladder to the roof, a roof scuttle, a guard at roof scuttle, and curbs for existing and future roof top HVAC units. Some existing roof top HVAC units will be moved to new curbs and will be used until new HVAC units can be acquired. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
