(TI SHELL - 9TH STREET WAREHOUSES - NO TENANT) This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistance rated construction. To create a 2,134 square foot TI shell space in the basement of the "9th Street Warehouses" with egress directly to the below grade North plaza. Work is to include a new louver and window within an existing window opening and selective interior nonstructural demolition. This permit does NOT establish a certificate of occupancy for any tenant. A separate permit is required for a tenant to occupy the space. The adjacent tenant space and the restroom core was constructed under permit BLD09-01944. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
