Work to include: Provide penetration of the existing roof by concrete coring the precast roof slab, installation of the Solatube systems per the manufacturers installation instructions, restoring the roofs moisture protection system to provide a water tight seal matching or exceeding existing conditions. All work per the approved plans, in accordance with the published manufacturers installation instructions, ESR-2253 report, and the inspectors final approval.
