Micron Building #80 (C13687) - Install AMAT Inspection - To move approximately 12 lineal feet of existing south interior partition wall and an existing 3070 door approximately 9 feet to the north. This will reduce the area of KLA Chase 106F and create an area for new equipment. New steel structure will be installed below the raised floor, attached to the concrete waffel floor, to support the new equipment. This permit also includes related electrical, mechanical, floor and ceiling grid modifications. This work is being done on the first floor of Building #80 between grid lines #5 & #6 and #F & # G. All construction per the approved plans. JCM
