Bishop Kelly Indoor Batting Facility - To expand and enclose an existing 1,922 square foot uncovered batting facility currently located near the Southeast corner of the school property. The batting facility will be expanded 158 square feet, enclosed with a semi-permanent, pre-engineered, 20 foot high, 2,080 square foot steel framed building covered with a "Dura Wave" fabric. Work to include: Extend the existing concrete pad 260 square feet to the West with a 4-inch thick concrete slab; construct the 26' X 80' "Quick Structure/Coverall" brand semi-permanent enclosure/shelter; construct a stable, firm, and slip resistant accessible route; install interior and exterior lighting; and related site improvements.
