Idaho Custom Wood Products (Addition) - To construct a 561 square foot Addition to cover the existing loading dock on the Northwest corner of an existing 21,700 square foot, two story, wood framed building. Work to include: construction of new exterior walls, construction of new roof system over the proposed addition and provide a new concrete slab over compacted structural fill. This building was originally constructed under BLD00-03498. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. ANY alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. All work per the approved plans, engineering, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. DRH09-00318 **SRZ**

Called Scott with zach evans construction to get status on job. Scott noted that he would contacted me with information after speakinf with the architect and owner. I told scott that if needed we could schedule a building conferance with myself and life/safwty inspector to go over what insprections and paperwork would be required. This addition was completed with no permits and no inspections.
