To remodel an existing building (4,680 square feet grade level and 396 square feet mezzanine level) to be used for bicycle assembly and retail sales. Work for the awning includes steel beams, galvanized steel roof deck, and angled support rods. Work for the mezzanine expansion includes concrete footings, steel columns, a bearing wall, a wood beam, wood joists, wood sheathing, and a wood stairway. Other work includes interior nonbearing partial height walls, 2 dressing rooms, 2 new bay windows, concrete sidewalk, exterior sliding glass exit doors with break-away door leaves, and interior finishes.
