(CERAMICA) The North wall of this tenant space is required to be a 2-hr fire wall. This building is fire sprinklered. To remodel an existing tenant space for a new retail sales pottery shop. Floor area from this tenant space and from an adjacent tenant space will be used to create a 241 square foot restroom core that will serve both tenant spaces. This tenant space will have a floor area of about 1,941 square feet. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, accessible high and low drinking fountains, and finishes. Both restrooms within the restroom core are required to be accessible to the disabled as defined by current standards. Work also includes completing a 2-hr fire wall. The fire wall is located at grid line 9 as defined by permit BLD04-02464. An existing 90 minute roll down fire door will be relocated and made operational to protect the opening under the covered walkway. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
