(ST. LUKES PRIMARY HEALTH - OBGYN)(SUITE 201) Remodel an existing 1,490 sq. ft. office area for a new 1,490 sq. ft. medical office tenant on the second floor per approved plans. Work to include select interior demolition of non-bearing walls, SAT, interior finishes, electrical, mechanical & plumbing as indicated on plans. Construct new interior walls to create rooms for Ultrasound, Exam, Break, Waiting/Reception, Nurse/Blood Draw, Housekeeping, Equip. Storage, Two fully accessible Restrooms, Office and Hallway; new egress doors, accessible hardware and maneuvering space at doors for code compliance. Work includes electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler and alarm systems; interior millwork, finishes and drinking fountain, all per reviewed plans. NOTE: This building is fully sprinklered with sprinkler system used as substitution for 1-hour construction under the UBC in effect at time of construction.
