I spoke to Mike Jordan about Tim Woodard and I's discussion on the occupancy change and the new requirements for an exit sign/emergency light at the southeast door and the occupant load changing from 40 to 120.

Panic hardware was not provided at the noted exit. Also the use of the tenant space will be for dancing/restraunt not just restraunt as per the permit application. Tim Woodard was contacted by Eric, the owner, and it was agreed that an exit sign is to be placed over the exterior exit door from the bar area and the occupant load can be increased from the original 40 to 120. Tim requested that I mark the city approved plans as such on the next inspection.
