(IKON TATTOO - 2ND STORY) This building is NOT fire sprinklered. To convert the 872 square foot 2nd story of an existing building from a dwelling unit to a tattoo parlor (1st story about 2,850 square feet and 2nd story about 872 square feet). The entire 2nd story was formerly a dwelling unit. Work is to include providing offset hinges on the main entrance door to increase the clear width of the doorway, removing several interior doors, reconstructing the stairway to provide 11 inch treads and 7 inch risers, and modifying the floor above the stairway to increase the headroom. Structural upgrade work includes new concrete footings, wood columns, and wood beams.
