A temporary occupancy was given with scotts permission until the panic hardware on both of the doors as marked on the plans has been installed. The other condition is that the accordian divider that separates the conference room is to remain shut.

Provide occupant load signs for each of the two conference room that is separated by the folding wall, provide panic hardware on the west most door on the conference room and provide panic hardware on the exterior exit door in Hall 118 (as marked on the plans) also repair the existing exit signs and emergency lights.
